This house had lots of deck space that was very worn out and tired. We designed and built them a 3 1/2 season porch with all new decks. EZÂ Screen windows, Trex decking, and Westbury Aluminum railings make this the perfect space with very low maintenance. They also got heated floors, a gas fireplace, and an extra set of french doors connecting the porch to the family room.
