Final “Step”: Our 10-Year Warranty

You can depend on Bizal Built, Inc., to stand behind our work 100%. We offer a 2-year warranty on our workmanship, heating and cooling, electrical, and plumbing and a 10- year warranty on all major construction defects. The only exceptions to this warranty term are as follows:

• All materials furnished by Bizal Built, Inc., are warranted to the limit of the manufacturers’ and/or suppliers’ warranties.
• Bizal Built, Inc.‘s, liability for materials that you purchase directly, but that we install, is limited to installation only.

If there’s any uncertainty about whether or not the issue is warranty-related, we tend to err in your favor. We want to be your contractor for life!
